Cancellation Policy for all activities.
It is understood that you accept all terms and conditions outlined below.
DEPOSIT
- A 20% deposit is required to confirm a reservation, or as specified on a special.
- Final balance is due 30 days prior to arrival or by other arrangement made with our reservation office.
RESERVATION ON HOLD
- Reservations are held for 24 hours only without payment to confirm. Please let us know if the reservation will need to be held for more than 24 hours.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
- 30 days cancellation notice prior to your activity date, full refund (minus a 5% admin fee).
- 14 days cancellation notice prior to any activity, 50% refund (minus a 5% admin fee).
- All cancellation made less than 14 days are non-refundable.
- If you need to cancel your reservation, please send us an email
- NO SHOWS will not be refunded nor is their deposit or payment transferable to others.
CANCELLATION DUE TO WEATHER
If BDAL must cancel the tour due to weather or circumstances beyond our control. We will try our best to reschedule the tour if not there is a full refund. You will receive a refund less the processing fee.
The cardholder has read and understood the policy and that he/she agrees to the terms and conditions.
